Wow, this vintage 1980s Dona Vitti designer dress is so unique- it is wearable art! Made in Paris, the vintage pure silk dress has pencil skirt and a loose sort of cap sleeved bodice, which pulls over the head.
The vintage silk jacket or overblouse is a cocoon style, ( it doesn't look like it on the mannequin but it is)with a one button neck closure. It has shoulder pads and the pattern on the silk is really great. There is a wide curved matching belt.
Label is Dona Vitti Paris.I believe this was not off the rack.
